Yoga in English

Dear Yogis from All around the world and also local yogis, practitioners, We are offering you classes in English at Esana. Come and visit our studio or visit our online classes – following these instructions: Classes are suitable for all levels: beginners to advances as our experienced teachers will support your practice both in the studio and during your online classes. Please, let your yoga instructor know if you have any health issues: difficulties in your physical movements (i.e. lower back pain), high blood pressure, issues with your eyes (pressure). The classes are 75 minutes. In the studio you can find all the equipment including mats, blocks, etc. and we also offering changing rooms and lockers for your belongings. During the class you would focus on asana practice, postures with body alignment, breathing techniques (pranayamas) and relaxation. The postures, the asanas help you in strengthening your legs, arms, your whole upper body, abdominal muscles and lower and upper back. You would be experiencing stress reduction due to these yogic techniques.
